Within the first fortnight of my visit to Mauritius I had a wedding to attend. I went to stay at the wedding house cause I'm a squatter like that and I quickly wormed my way into everyone's lives. Because that's what I'm like! I can't stand awkward silences and I feel the need to fill the quietness with my annoying voice. I had never met the bride, just her mother when she came to England for our cousins wedding in the summer. But we are related! I didn't just go to some random persons house. But we immediately clicked which was great as it made my stay there much more comfortable.
Now the heat wasn't so bad there at the time as it is now, but it was still hot. I'm glad I bought these outfits as they're relatively cool for Asian wedding outfits. I've worn both before, and quite recently as well, oops! Check here for the lengha and here for the sari.
Day 1
The first day was right next to the sea. Amazinnng picture opp.
Custom made lengha.
I went into my Naked 1 and 2 Palette and went crazy .. I don't remember what I used sorry!
Lipstick is Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet in 1, Personne en Rouge.
Nail Varnish is BarryM in Red Wine - it needed another layer but I didn't have time :(
Day 2
The second day was on the guys side and was indoors with bad lighting!
Second day hair.
Kayennat's beautiful wedding earrings
Kinda wore the same rings as the first day sans the nail polish.
This was just Smog from Naked 1 all over the lids with a little dab of Darkhorse in the outer corners.
Lipstick is Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet in Grand Cru.
I know I should have styled the sari differently this time since its basically the same as last time, but ey, whats a girl to do! I loved this crop top with this sair too much!
You look fab even in the heat I would have melted lol
ReplyDeleteI'm intrigued by them little feather studs you have on in the first picture are cute, where are they from? X

DeleteIt's on my bucket list to be at a wedding by the sea. But unless I gate crash, I don't think that's ever happening for me :p
