Food Diaries | Parvin's Pima (Super hot chilli chutney)

This one is named after my Aunt Parvin whose recipe this is. She made this a couple of weeks ago and it was love at first lick. Literally. She told me to try it, I dabbed some at the back of my hand and licked and squealed "Oh my God, this is so nice". 

PIMA is the Mauritian word for chilli. 
the word can also be used to describe a person who is a fiery e.g. Nigar is a pima (LOL) 

This is not one for the faint of heart. It BURNS, but it burns so good.

 Then GO AHEAD AND MAKE IT.

The ingredients are so simple:

rocket chilli sauce, chutney, hottest chili sauce home made

125 g of rocket chillies (sometimes called bird's eye)
1 heaped teaspoon of salt 
the juice of 2 limes 

Method:

Add in a blender and blitz until a smooth consistency.

 * store in an airtight container in the fridge *

You might need to drink an ocean after but it is so worth it.
